1971 Dodge Super Bee Body Specifications:

The Dodge Charger was completely redesigned for the 1971 model year with a shorter wheelbase and wider body style. A modern, sleek and sporty design evolved with a swept back roofline and semi-fastback. No longer based on the Coronet the Super Bee performance package was introduced to the Charger lineup.

There were numerous changes or improvements on the 1971 Charger lineup. Wheelbases were shortened from 117 inches to 115 inches. The windshield wipers were now concealed, with an articulated blade on the driver’s side. On the outside door handles were flush and the windows were now ventless.
