2560x1600 - Used for popular 16:10 widescreen format resolutions. These look great on monitors that use 1280x800, 1440x900, 1680x1050 or 1920x1200 pixel resolutions. 1920x1080 - Used for 16:9 widescreen format HD and HDTV resolutions. If you're specifically looking for wallpaper for your HDTV display. That is the size to choose as it is in 1080p wide screen format. 1080p usually is referred to as full HD or full high definition to differentiate it from other HDTV video modes.
