1979 Dodge Diplomat By Dan Griggs

1979 Dodge Diplomat, I paid $600 3.5 years ago. I put traction bars, rims and tires shortly after. It was chocolate brown with metal flakes with tan interior. It has(had)225 slant six until recently. I put an offenhauser intake and 650 edelbrock carb for extra horsepower. It has been hit 3 times in the front since I have owned it. The pics I am sending tell a slow grueling story. After engine parts I modified the hood with a T/A challenger hood scoop. I was hit by a deacon from a local church (pic #1). I replaced the front with original front (very hard to find) and the following winter my son put the car in a ditch. I then replaced with an "80"s front clip while searching for original clip. The following summer my son was at work and got off needless to say looked like an eighteen wheeler had clipped the front . The following winter my son was driving to work in Joplin when he blew a hole in the block. And as you will see it rest on blocks with the motor and tranny out. I am  redoing it still and have located the original parts going thru ebay but no luck with grill as of yet. IS THIS AN OMEN TO PULL THE CAR OFF THE HIGHWAY?  HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Thanks,
Dan Griggs - Neosho, Mo
